My Last Visit to the Motor Speedway
After another lengthy hiatus, Host & Narrator, Marty Young, is back with a recollection the events surrounding his last experience of the Indy 500, Memorial Day (+1), 1965.
Events with 3 of his best High School buddies in the hours preceding the “drop of the flag” to start the “Greatest Spectacle in Racing” make this a telling of more than just another race.
It’s the third bite of the apple in paying tribute to the pinnacle of auto racing after two previous episodes in seasons one & two.
